USER AGREEMENT

This user agreement is published and drafted in accordance & compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”), Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the Use of Information and Communication Technology in the Health Fields and other applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), which require that individuals are informed about, and consent to, the processing of their Personal Data, including Sensitive Personal Data such as health information. By filling the sign-up form made available on uat.nura.ae for booking packages offered by NURA * with respect to AI health screening, you agree to the terms of the user agreement regarding your personal data or information.

NURA * herein informs you that in case of any non-compliance to this User Agreement, NURA shall the right to terminate the access or usage rights to uat.nura.ae.

NURA * shall inform you regarding any changes in this User Agreement promptly, by posting the updated version on nura.ae.

For the purpose of this User Agreement, the terms “You”, “I” shall mean any user browsing, filling the details in the sign-up form made available on uat.nura.ae for booking packages offered by us with respect to the AI health screening.

TERMS

1. I understand and have the knowledge that my Personal Data, including Sensitive Personal Data, is being collected.
2. I understand and have the knowledge of the purpose for which my personal data is being collected.
3. I understand and have the knowledge of the indented recipients of the information.
4. I understand and have the knowledge of the name and address of the company that is collecting, retaining and using the information.
5. I understand that I have the option not to provide the data or information sought to be collected through the sign-up form made available on uat.nura.ae for booking packages offered by NURA * with respect to AI health screening and that if I do not provide the data required for the service, NURA may be unable to provide the booking or screening.
6. I understand that I also have an option (while filling the sign-up form made available through uat.nura.ae for booking packages offered by NURA * with respect to AI health screening), to withdraw my consent given to NURA * while filling the sign-up form made available through uat.nura.ae for booking packages offered by NURA * with respect to AI health screening and understand and accept that such withdrawal of the consent shall be sent via email to the Data Protection Officer at __________. I understand that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and that NURA may retain certain information where required by applicable UAE laws, including health sector laws.
7. I understand that I have rights under the PDPL, including the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of my Personal Data, as set out in the Privacy Policy, and that I may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
8. I understand that my health information is generally required to be stored and processed within the UAE and will be transferred outside the UAE only where permitted by UAE law.
