While we strive to maintain reliable payment systems, we shall not be held liable for any disruptions, errors, or malfunctions arising from third-party payment platforms or processes. This policy applies to all refund-related requests for services provided by the health screening center, subject to eligibility.\n\nThe refund amount shall be processed either to the customer\u2019s bank account or in cash, on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval and will be informed the customer.\n\nCancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
